Mr. Amer is a highly experienced Australian Chartered Accountant and Finance professional with an outstanding track record in professional services and senior management across multiple industries and countries. With a robust financial background, Amer has transitioned into advisory roles and held senior management positions throughout his career.
Amer garnered extensive experience with leading firms, including the Big Four firms in Australia, before establishing his own highly successful accounting and consulting firm, QCO International, in Canberra, where he served for 15 years.
In addition to his successful career in Australia, Amer has worked internationally in locations such as Dubai, Qatar, and Pakistan, and has been involved in transactions spanning Malaysia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and Thailand.
Recruited by Deloitte Australia while abroad, Amer returned to Canberra in 2015 to assume the role of Director in Business Advisory, Strategy, and Operations consulting. During his tenure, he collaborated with government and private sector clients on diverse projects. Amer also lent his expertise to Deloitte Pakistan for a consulting assignment spanning 8 months.
Most recently, Amer served as the Partner – Consulting for Vincents, Canberra, a leading Australian professional services firm.
